An Elven Rite card would be beneficial in a Green-based aggro deck looking to boost the power of its creatures quickly. While Elven Rite can provide a nice boost, there are more efficient options like Aspect of Hydra or Rancor that offer better value for the same cost, making them preferable choices in most cases. Elven Rite could still see play in budget decks or in specific strategies that benefit from the flexibility it offers in distributing the counters.
