Over Epic Confrontation

Epic Confrontation, Sorcery, ontworpen door Wayne Reynolds voor het eerst uitgebracht in maart 2015 in de set Dragons of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0,14.

This card, Epic Confrontation, would be beneficial in a Green-based aggro or midrange deck that focuses on creature combat and removal. While it provides a temporary power boost and removal option, there are potentially better cards like Prey Upon or Rabid Bite that offer similar effects with more flexibility or efficiency. However, Epic Confrontation could still see play in decks looking for additional creature removal options or ways to enhance their board presence.

If the creature you control is an illegal target as Epic Confrontation tries to resolve, the creature you control won't get +1/+2. If that creature is a legal target but the creature you don't control isn't, your creature will still get +1/+2. In both cases, neither creature will deal or be dealt damage.
