Uitbarstende Dreadwolf, Schepsel - Eldrazi Weerwolf, designed by Zack Stella first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 2.04.
Erupting Dreadwolf zou goed passen in een agressief of midrange deck dat zich richt op het snel aanrichten van schade terwijl het Werewolf-thema wordt gebruikt, omdat het vermogen om bij een aanval 2 schade toe te brengen aan elk doelwit kan helpen blokkers op te ruimen of tegenstanders af te maken. Er zijn echter aantoonbaar betere opties, zoals Bonecrusher Giant, die zowel een wezen als een verwijderingsspreuk op één kaart biedt, waardoor deze veelzijdiger wordt. Hoewel Erupting Dreadwolf een leuke en thematische toevoeging kan zijn, ziet het misschien geen competitief spel in vergelijking met efficiëntere kaarten die meer waarde of nut bieden.

Erupting Dreadwolf’s triggered ability resolves before blockers are chosen. A creature dealt lethal damage this way won’t be around to block.
