Feed the Pack would be most beneficial in a deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a Golgari or Jund sacrifice deck in Magic: The Gathering. While it can generate a significant number of Wolf tokens based on the sacrificed creature's toughness, there are potentially better cards like Parallel Lives or Doubling Season that can provide more consistent token generation.
