A deck focused on tribal synergy with Beast creatures would benefit most from including Feral Throwback, as it can quickly grow in power with its Amplify ability. While Provoke can be situationally useful for controlling combat, there are potentially more efficient options for a 6-mana cost creature in a competitive deck, such as Garruk's Packleader for card draw or Garruk's Companion for a lower cost aggressive option.
