Gaea's aanraking, Betovering, designed by Mark Poole first released in Aug, 1994 in the set The Dark and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 2.37.
Een rampdeck gericht op het snel versnellen van de manaproductie zou het meeste baat hebben bij het gebruik van Gaea's Touch, omdat het gemakkelijke landdrops en efficiënte manageneratie mogelijk maakt. Andere kaarten zoals Fertile Ground of Utopia Sprawl kunnen soortgelijke voordelen bieden, maar Gaea's Touch is een solide keuze als het kaartspel het zoeken naar basis Forest-kaarten vereist en deze op het slagveld plaatst. De eenmalige activering per beurt en het opofferingsvermogen voor extra mana maken het een sterke kanshebber voor opname in bepaalde strategieën, vooral die waarbij de nadruk wordt gelegd op het opvoeren van mana.
