About Geode Golem

Een deck dat profiteert van Geode Golem zou een Commander-deck zijn met een dure commandant die een krachtig effect heeft bij het casten. Met deze kaart kan de commandant gratis en mogelijk meerdere keren worden gecast, wat een aanzienlijk voordeel oplevert. Hoewel Geode Golem een unieke en krachtige kaart is, kunnen er betere opties zijn, afhankelijk van de specifieke commandant en strategie van het kaartspel, zoals Fist of Suns of Quicksilver Amulet. Geode Golem zou zeker spel moeten zien in decks die misbruik willen maken van zijn vermogen om krachtige commandanten te bedriegen.

If you wish to cast your commander without paying its mana cost, you must cast it while the triggered ability of Geode Golem is resolving. You can’t cast for free it later in the turn. It may be cast at a time you normally wouldn’t be able to cast a creature spell, but other restrictions (such as “Cast this card only from your graveyard”) are enforced.
