This card, Joven's Tools, would benefit a deck focused on aggressive creature strategies, especially if the deck includes Walls to take advantage of the blocking restriction. While it can be a fun and thematic inclusion, there are likely better options for a 6-cost card in most competitive decks, such as more versatile removal spells or powerful creatures.
