Hoewel het een tijdelijke boost en ontwijking biedt, zijn er potentieel betere opties zoals Always Watching of Brave the Elements die consistentere en duurzamere effecten bieden voor dezelfde manakosten. Mighty Leap zou het spel echter nog steeds kunnen zien als een situationele gevechtstruc of als een budgetoptie in decks die een snelle boost in kracht en ontwijking nodig hebben.
