About Misdirection

Misdirection, Instant, designed by Paolo Parente first released in May, 2020 in the set Mercadian Masques and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 2.13.

A control deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from including Misdirection in its strategy, as it provides a versatile and unexpected way to disrupt an opponent's spell targeting. While Misdirection can be a powerful tool in certain situations, there are potentially better options available such as Force of Will, which offers a more flexible and unconditional way to counter spells. Whether Misdirection should see play ultimately depends on the specific deck's playstyle and the current metagame.
