Een op een kerkhof gericht Golgari-kaartspel zou baat hebben bij het opnemen van Molderhulk, omdat het tegen lagere kosten kan worden uitgebracht op basis van het aantal wezenkaarten op het kerkhof en de mogelijkheid heeft om bij binnenkomst een landkaart terug te geven aan het slagveld. Hoewel Molderhulk een sterke aanvulling kan zijn op zo'n kaartspel, kunnen andere kaarten zoals Golgari Grave-Troll of Splinterfright een consistentere synergie en krachtniveau op het kerkhof bieden, waardoor ze mogelijk betere keuzes zijn, afhankelijk van de specifieke strategie van het kaartspel.
