Over Oppressive Rays
Oppressive Rays, Enchantment — aura, ontworpen door Mark Zug voor het eerst uitgebracht in mei 2020 in de set Journey into Nyx and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0,31.
This card, Oppressive Rays, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to restrict the opponent's ability to attack or block effectively while also hindering their ability to use activated abilities efficiently. However, there are potentially better options such as Pacifism or Arrest which provide similar effects without the additional cost for the opponent, making them more versatile choices for deck building. Oppressive Rays could see play in specific metagames where the taxing effect is particularly effective, but in general, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.
Regels

The enchanted creature’s controller can choose to not attack or block with it even if it must attack or block if able. Players can’t be forced to pay a cost to attack or block.
