Oracle en-Vec, Creature — human wizard, designed by Dan Frazier first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.63.
This card, Oracle en-Vec, would benefit a control or stax-style deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's board state and limit their options. While it can be situationally powerful in certain matchups, there are more efficient and impactful cards available for similar effects, such as Moat or Ensnaring Bridge, which can provide more consistent and powerful control elements. Overall, Oracle en-Vec may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its limitations and the availability of stronger alternatives.

The way the card works is that the target player chooses which creatures will attack on their next turn. Creatures which are chosen to attack, but do not attack, are destroyed at the end of that turn. Creatures which are not chosen to be attackers are not affected in any way other than being unable to attack.
