Puca's onheil, Betovering, designed by Scott Altmann first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 4.68.
Puca's Mischief is vooral nuttig in een controle- of tempodeck dat tot doel heeft de bordstatus te manipuleren en waarde te verkrijgen uit voordelige uitwisselingen, vooral in formaten waarin niet-land-permanentes met verschillende mana-waarden kunnen worden uitgebuit. Decks met wezens met krachtige effecten op het slagveld of wezens die waarde kunnen genereren door het opofferen of stelen van de permanente voorwerpen van de tegenstander, zouden deze kaart nuttig vinden. Er zijn echter aantoonbaar betere opties zoals Thief of Sanity of Narset, Parter of Veils voor controlestrategieën, die een directere impact of kaartvoordeel opleveren. Hoewel Puca's Mischief zijn niche heeft, kan het situationele karakter ervan de speelbaarheid in competitieve omgevingen beperken in vergelijking met meer consistente alternatieven.

If either one of the targets becomes illegal (because it leaves the battlefield or for any other reason) by the time the ability resolves, the exchange won’t happen. If both targets become illegal, the ability doesn’t resolve.

You choose two targets such that as a set, all of the targeting conditions are met. That means, for example, that if you control a nonland permanent whose converted mana cost is lower than any of your opponents’ nonland permanents, you can’t choose it as a target. (If you did, you’d be unable to choose a second target.)
