Sterre Proctor, Schepsel – menselijke tovenaar, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.33.
Stern Proctor zou nuttig zijn in een controledek dat zich richt op het verstoren van de artefacten of betoveringen van de tegenstander. Hoewel het een goedkope en efficiënte manier biedt om een doelartefact of betovering te stuiteren, zijn er aantoonbaar betere opties zoals Echoing Truth of Hurkyl's Recall die meer veelzijdigheid of bredere toepassingen bieden. Stern Proctor zou spel kunnen zien in specifieke meta's waarbij het verwijderen van artefacten of betoveringen cruciaal is, maar het is misschien geen hoofdbestanddeel in de meeste decks.
