This card could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on utilizing multiple small creatures to generate value through combat or abilities. It could work well in a deck that aims to have a wide board presence and wants to enable evasion for its creatures. However, there are potentially better cards that offer similar effects with lower costs or additional benefits, such as Aerial Responder or Favorable Winds, which could provide more consistent and impactful support for a flying creature strategy. Whether Telethopter should see play would depend on the specific synergies and strategies of the deck it is being considered for.
