Temple Elder, Creature — human cleric, designed by David Horne first released in May, 2020 in the set Portal Second Age. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
This Temple Elder card would be beneficial in a white weenie or lifegain deck, providing a consistent source of life gain. While it can be useful in certain situations, there are more efficient cards like Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant that provide similar effects with lower mana costs and better overall value. Temple Elder may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations and better alternatives available in the same mana cost range.

If a turn has multiple combat phases, the ability can only be activated before the beginning of the declare attackers step of the first combat phase in that turn.
