De Zombie Goliath-kaart kan nuttig zijn in een op zwart gebaseerd kerkhof-recursiedek dat zich richt op het reanimeren van krachtige wezens. Er zijn echter betere opties beschikbaar, zoals Grave Titan, die meer waarde biedt voor zijn prijs en een grotere impact heeft. Hoewel Zombie Goliath niche-toepassingen kan hebben bij casual spelen, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat er competitief spel zal plaatsvinden vanwege het beperkte nut ervan in vergelijking met andere opties.
