This card, Vault Skyward, would be beneficial in a tempo or aggressive blue deck looking to push damage through the air quickly. While it provides a temporary flying ability and untaps the creature, allowing for surprise attacks or favorable blocks, there are potentially better options like Favorable Winds or Aerial Modification that provide more consistent flying abilities or additional bonuses.
