Alterar a Realidade, Mágica instantânea, desenhada por Justin Sweet lançada primeiramente em Feb, 2002 na edição Torment. Está atualmente sendo vendida pelo menor preço de € 1.09.

Um deck que se concentra no controle e manipulação dos feitiços ou permanentes dos oponentes se beneficiaria ao usar Alterar Realidade em Magic: the Gathering. Embora Alterar Realidade ofereça um efeito único e potencialmente disruptivo, pode não ser tão eficiente quanto outras cartas semelhantes como Silenciar ou Prender Truque, que podem fornecer efeitos mais imediatos e poderosos. No entanto, Alterar Realidade ainda poderia ser usado em decks mais casuais ou experimentais que procuram surpreender os oponentes com mudanças de cor inesperadas.

A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
