Ignorant Bliss, Instant, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.12.
Ignorant Bliss could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on hand manipulation or card draw, as it allows for a temporary exile of cards from your hand and then a card draw at the end step. However, there are better cards like Faithless Looting or Cathartic Reunion that provide more consistent card advantage without the temporary drawback of exiling your hand. While Ignorant Bliss may have niche uses in certain strategies, it may not see widespread play due to the availability of more efficient card draw options in Magic: the Gathering.
