Activate Willowdusk's ability to put that same amount of +1/+1 counters on Spike Feeder
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Spike Feeder to gain 2 life
Dina's ability will trigger, opponents will lose 1 life
Repeat the process of removing +1/+1 counters until you deal enough damage to your opponents.
