Cache Raiders, Creature — merfolk rogue, designed by Pete Venters first released in Jul, 2008 in the set Eventide and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.29.
A deck that focuses on exploiting enter the battlefield effects or has ways to benefit from repeatedly casting permanents could benefit from Cache Raiders. However, there are better options like Deadeye Navigator or Crystal Shard that offer more flexibility and control. Cache Raiders may not see much play in competitive decks due to its restrictive ability and higher cost compared to more efficient alternatives.
