This card, Charisma, would be a great addition to a control deck that focuses on stealing and using opponents' creatures to gain an advantage. While Charisma can be powerful in certain situations, there are more efficient cards like Control Magic or Treachery that offer similar effects for less mana cost, making them better choices for competitive play. However, for a casual or themed deck centered around creature theft and manipulation, Charisma could definitely see play and add a fun twist to gameplay.
