About Clockwork Avian
Clockwork Avian, Artifact creature — bird, designed by Randy Asplund-Faith first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.80.
Clockwork Avian could fit well in a midrange or control deck that focuses on utilizing flying creatures to gain an advantage in combat while maintaining board presence. Its ability to add +1/+0 counters allows for scaling power, making it a decent choice for decks that can protect it and maximize its counters, especially in a slower game. However, there are arguably better options, such as Serra Angel or Stormwing Entity, which offer more consistent flying threats or additional utility. Ultimately, while Clockwork Avian can see play in casual formats or specific builds, it may not be the most competitive choice in a more optimized environment.
