A control deck in a blue-based strategy would benefit from including Condescend in their deck, as it provides both a way to counter spells and manipulate the top of their library with Scry 2. However, there are better options like Mana Leak or Counterspell that offer more efficient and reliable spell counter abilities, making Condescend less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
