About Endless Obedience

Endless Obedience, Sorcery, designed by Karl Kopinski first released in Jul, 2014 in the set Magic 2015 and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.43.

Endless Obedience would be a great addition to a black-based reanimator deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it allows you to bring back a creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield. However, there are better cards for this purpose such as Reanimate or Animate Dead, which have lower mana costs and provide more immediate value. Endless Obedience could see play in a deck that focuses on convoking and has a specific need for this effect, but it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other options available.

Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.

You can tap any untapped creature you control to convoke a spell, even one you haven’t controlled continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn.

When calculating a spell’s total cost, include any alternative costs, additional costs, or anything else that increases or reduces the cost to cast the spell. Convoke applies after the total cost is calculated.
