High Ground would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on creating a wide board of creatures, such as a White Weenie or Token deck, as it enhances the defensive capabilities of your creatures. While High Ground is a decent card for its mana cost, there are better options like Brave the Sands or Always Watching that provide similar effects along with additional benefits, making them more versatile and impactful in a variety of situations.
