Impatient Iguana could be beneficial in an aggressive red deck looking to gain an early advantage by going first. While its ability to become the starting player can be useful, its cost of 1 R might limit its effectiveness in more competitive decks. Other cards like Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear might be better choices for a faster start, but Impatient Iguana could still see play in casual or themed decks for its unique and fun mechanic.
