A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy and creating chaos on the battlefield would benefit from using Topsy Turvy. By reversing the turn order and phases, this card can throw off your opponents' plans and give you a strategic advantage. However, it may not be the most competitive option in a highly efficient deck, as its impact can vary depending on the board state and number of players in the game. Other cards like Time Walk or Time Warp might provide more consistent value in certain deck archetypes.

Steps within each phase play out as normal. For example, although the beginning phase happens last in a turn, the untap, upkeep, and draw steps happen in their traditional order. (If it were the other way, combat would require psychics to get through.)
