A deck focused on disrupting the opponent's hand and graveyard, such as a control or discard deck, would benefit from using Struggle for Sanity in Magic: the Gathering. While Struggle for Sanity can be effective in certain situations, there are better cards available for hand disruption, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate and targeted effects. Overall, Struggle for Sanity may not see as much play in competitive decks compared to other options available.
