A white weenie or aggro deck would benefit from playing Thwip! for its buff and ability to grant flying, especially against non-flying blockers. It could be included in a deck aiming for a quick win or a tempo advantage. However, there are better alternatives like Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile which provide removal in addition to their utility, making them more versatile options and potentially more impactful in a wider range of situations.
