About Time Elemental

Time Elemental, Creature — elemental, designed by Amy Weber first released in May, 2020 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 2.74.

A deck that focuses on tempo and control strategies would benefit from using Time Elemental, as it can disrupt your opponent's board by returning key permanents to their hand. However, the drawback of dealing 5 damage to you when it attacks or blocks makes it a risky choice. There are better cards like Venser, Shaper Savant that offer similar abilities without the drawback, making them more viable options for competitive play.

If Time Elemental attacks or blocks, but you no longer control it at end of combat, you can’t sacrifice it. However, it will still deal 5 damage to you.
