About Transgress the Mind

Transgress the Mind, Sorcery, designed by Cynthia Sheppard first released in Oct, 2015 in the set Battle for Zendikar. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 0.51.

Decks in a mono-black control or midrange archetype may benefit from including Transgress the Mind, as it provides disruption by removing key threats or pieces of combo strategies from the opponent's hand. However, Thoughtseize is generally considered a superior option due to its ability to target any nonland card, though it does come with a life loss drawback. Therefore, in most cases, Thoughtseize would be the preferred choice over Transgress the Mind for competitive play.

Cards with devoid use frames that are variations of the transparent frame traditionally used for Eldrazi. The top part of the card features some color over a background based on the texture of the hedrons that once imprisoned the Eldrazi. This coloration is intended to aid deckbuilding and game play.

If a card loses devoid, it will still be colorless. This is because effects that change an object’s color (like the one created by devoid) are considered before the object loses devoid.

Other cards and abilities can give a card with devoid color. If that happens, it’s just the new color, not that color and colorless.
