Vertigo, Instant, designed by Drew Tucker first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.38.
A red aggressive deck focused on dealing damage quickly would benefit from including Vertigo in its strategy, as it provides a way to remove flying blockers and potentially open up the way for direct attacks. However, there are better options like Lightning Bolt or Searing Blaze that offer more versatile and efficient removal. Vertigo may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited scope compared to other available options.
