Magistrate's Scepter must have at least one counter for this combo to work. With all cards in play, cast Planewide Celebration and choose Proliferate three times. Place three counters on Magistrate's Scepter and Tamiyo Activate Tamiyo's -3 ability, and place Planewide Celebration on top of your deck Remove three counters from Magistrate's Scepter to take an extra turn. Repeat the process for infinite turns.
