This is a subset from Streets of New Capenna.

New Capenna Commander is set in the vibrant, crime-ridden city of New Capenna, a world where five powerful families vie for control over the city’s resources and influence. Each family embodies a different color combination, reflecting their unique traits and strategies: the Obscura (white-black), brokers of secrets; the Maestros (blue-black-red), masters of artful assassination; the Riveteers (red-green), who thrive on chaos and destruction; the Cabaretti (green-red-white), a flamboyant and festive group; and the Brokers (white-blue-green), who manipulate the law to their advantage. The set introduces mechanics like Alliance, which rewards players for playing creatures, and Coven, which encourages having multiple creatures with different powers on the battlefield. This blend of lore and mechanics creates a dynamic gameplay experience filled with intrigue, betrayal, and the thrill of navigating the underbelly of a city steeped in mobster-style politics.
