Consulate Turret, Artifact, designed by Eric Deschamps first released in May, 2020 in the set Aether Revolt and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.84. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck that focuses on generating and utilizing energy counters would benefit from including Consulate Turret, as it provides a consistent source of energy. However, there are potentially better cards for dealing direct damage in a more efficient manner, such as Aether Hub or Harnessed Lightning, which offer more versatility and impact. Consulate Turret could see play in a casual or budget deck, but may not be optimal for competitive play due to its slower and more costly effect compared to other options available.

Energy counters aren’t mana. They don’t go away as steps, phases, and turns end, and effects that add mana “of any type” to your mana pool can’t give you energy counters.

Keep careful track of how many energy counters each player has. You may do so by keeping a running count on paper, by using a die, or by any other clear and mutually agreeable method.
