About Mischievous Chimera

Mischievous Chimera would be a great fit in a tempo-oriented Izzet Spellslinger deck in Magic: the Gathering, where its ability to deal damage and scry each time a spell is cast on an opponent's turn can disrupt the opponent's strategy while providing card selection. However, a more competitive alternative could be Spell Queller, a creature that exiles a spell when it enters the battlefield and can be disruptive to the opponent's game plan. Overall, Mischievous Chimera could see play in a casual or themed deck, but for a more competitive environment, other options like Spell Queller might be more effective.
