Noosegraf Mob, Creature — zombie, designed by Winona Nelson first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.83.
This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on casting a high volume of spells, such as a control or spell-heavy deck, as it can generate a continuous stream of 2/2 zombie tokens. However, there are potentially better cards for similar effects, such as Endless Ranks of the Dead, which can create a zombie token every upkeep without the need to remove counters. Noosegraf Mob could see play in specific spell-heavy decks looking for additional creature generation, but may not be a top choice compared to other options available.

If Noosegraf Mob is no longer on the battlefield or no longer has +1/+1 counters on it as its triggered ability resolves, you can’t remove a counter from it and won’t get a Zombie token.
