Reflective Rimekin would fit best in a low-curve spellslinger deck—particularly Izzet (blue-red) or mono-blue tempo—that chains cheap instants and sorceries like cantrips, burn, bounce, and protection spells to generate explosive value in a single turn; decks built around cards like Prowess creatures, Young Pyromancer–style token makers, or storm-like payoffs would benefit most from the one-time boon, as it turns every cheap spell into a two-for-one and can snowball quickly if timed well.
