Twilight Step fits best in aggressive or tempo-focused Chaos decks that want to reposition low-Might units onto contested battlefields, steal or threaten a score, protect a unit from an unfavorable fight, or reuse units whose value comes from entering/moving into a battlefield; it is especially appealing if your deck is already playing many 3-Might-or-less units and can realistically use the 4-energy Chaos Flow mode in longer games. It is less attractive in decks built around large units, since its Might restriction makes it situational, and the normal 2-cost mode needs to generate a meaningful combat or scoring swing to justify a card slot. Whether a better card exists depends on the available movement spells in your colors and format—an unrestricted move effect, or one that moves a unit while also granting Might, removing an opposing unit, drawing a card, or costing less, would generally be superior—but Twilight Step’s recursion gives it a distinct advantage over a one-use movement s
