Harmonic Convergence, Instant, designed by John Avon first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Legacy. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.16.
Harmonic Convergence would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on enchantments, such as an Enchantment Control or Enchantment Combo deck, as it can disrupt your opponent's enchantment-based strategies by putting all enchantments on top of their libraries. However, a better alternative to this card could be Cleansing Meditation, which not only removes enchantments but also artifacts and has a potential bonus effect. While Harmonic Convergence may have situational use, Cleansing Meditation would likely be a more versatile and powerful choice for most decks.
