Rith's Grove, Land — lair, designed by Scott Bailey first released in Feb, 2001 in the set Planeshift and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.35.
This card would benefit a deck that focuses on mana fixing and ramping in a red-green-white color combination. It can be useful in decks that require access to all three colors of mana quickly. However, there are better options available such as the tri-lands like Seaside Citadel or Jungle Shrine, which provide all three colors of mana without the drawback of sacrificing a land. Rith's Grove could see play in budget decks or casual settings where the drawback is not as significant.

If you don’t want to unsummon a land, you can play this card then tap it for mana before the enters the battlefield ability resolves. You may then choose to sacrifice it instead of unsummoning a land.
