Enchant a land with Market Festival
Tap the enchanted land to add three mana
Pay one mana and remove a +1/+1 counter from Marath to create a 1/1 token
Tap Marath to untap enchanted land with Earthcraft
Tap the land and remove another +1/+1 counter to create another token
Tap the token to untap enchanted land
Repeat the process.
When Marath dies because it no longer has +1/+1 counters, put it in the Command Zone and cast it again with the extra mana you generated.
Repeat the process for infinite tokens.
