Suspend cards help, since they are not cast from your hand. If you control Rule of Law and suspend Reality Strobe, every time it kicks, you can bounce RoL, cast other spells, then recast RoL. If you have Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (and maybe Soulless Jailer) out, you are the only one who gets turns.
