Palinchron's ability will trigger, untap seven lands
Panharmonicon will trigger once more, tap seven lands to add seven mana, then untap them again.
Activate Satoru's Ninjutsu to return Palinchron to your hand and put another creature onto the battlefield
Repeat the process for infinite mana.
