Bower Passage, Enchantment, designed by Cliff Childs first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 5.88.
A deck that focuses on aggressive ground-based creatures would benefit from including Bower Passage, as it allows those creatures to get through without being blocked by flying creatures. However, there are better cards that provide similar effects, such as Gravity Well or Archetype of Imagination, which have additional benefits like preventing flying creatures from attacking altogether or granting all creatures flying. Bower Passage may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other options available.
