Wirewood Guardian, Creature — elf mutant, designed by Mark Tedin first released in May, 2003 in the set Scourge and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.32.
A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and consistently, such as a Green ramp or Elf tribal deck, would benefit from including Wirewood Guardian. While it can help fetch Forest cards for mana fixing, there are potentially better options like Elvish Visionary for card draw in Elf decks or Sylvan Caryatid for mana ramp in other decks. The decision to include Wirewood Guardian would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could definitely see play in the right build.

Forestcycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with Forestcycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.

Unlike the normal cycling ability, Forestcycling doesn’t allow you to draw a card. Instead, it lets you search your library for a Forest card. After you find a Forest card in your library, you reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
