This card, Baffling End, would be beneficial in a White control deck looking to remove small creatures from the opponent's board early in the game. While it provides a temporary solution by exiling a creature with mana value 3 or less, the drawback of giving the opponent a 3/3 Dinosaur token when it leaves the battlefield may not always be worth it. There are potentially better removal options available, such as Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares, which offer more permanent solutions without providing additional benefits to the opponent.
